The Gift of Mother Goddess

The Goddess gave us each other

She sent you to find me

You came home like a bee to a flower

With cyclical, comforting, regularity

We were sane

We touched and caressed

I haven’t caressed for so long

I haven’t shaken for so long

My fruits rot on the branch

Fall and roll down the grassy bank

Into the damp dark ditch

Their sweetness wasted

Untasted

We were woman at home

In the earth cave womb

And man foraging out

And returning to the fire

Married by the spirits

By the energies we blended

By the harmony we felt

In pure exhilaration

Nothing kinky

About our celebration of Divine Fire!

A Gift of the Goddess

So natural and sweet

And ever renewing - like a spring

So taste! and refresh!

That I not seep away in waste

Shy hide away in doubt

She flows and flounces

And bubbles higher

With a joy of usefulness and purpose

Love IS purpose - Love LOVES to work
