Frenchman's Bay, W.A.

Oh wind, blow in your spirit -

Chase mine out to play.

Oh wind, sing in my sinews -

Chase my cares away.

Oh wind, howl round my heart -

Refresh and soothe its sodden seethe.

Oh Breeze, buffet my brain -

Billow out the banal

To blow apart - disperse,

And be re-formed

More usefully.

Oh little irregular wispy figure of eight, sixteen

And any curvy breath,

Teach me flexibility.

Improvise your beauty

In the silent, leaf-tickled night...

Play on the landscape

Of which I am

One feature

And for a few timeless moments

Let me free with you

Nowhere
